Córdoba Noche

that´s the only thing Córdoba is famous for - the Córdoba nights. pretty boring otherwise.
i´m glad i have Julia.
when i came to the new hostel, julia looked like the most interesting chick around. i told her about the date i had with franco, it warmed her up, and in turn she told me about this norwegian guy that was there last night and how the cleaning lady came in the room in the morning and caught them sharing a bed. "u dont say!", i told her. that´s how we became friends. in fact, i thought the story was so good that sometimes at 5 in the morning, after my 3rd beer, i made her tell it to Ignacio, the handsome hostel owner. next day, ignacio´s girlfriend expressed sincere amazement at the story to me. so it´s a public asset now of all the 27 hostel workers. a good story though :)

apart from that, there wasn´t much to Córdoba. the one day i wanted to go on a day trip, there was a strike of the bus drivers. the one day i´ve finally overcame my fear of hights, there was too much wind for sky diving, and the cutest boy in the hostel had the cutest girlfriend.
i got to practice my german and my spanish, and managed to hide my identity for 3 whole days from the israeli guys.

today i´m off to San Juan, to see the valley of the moon.
